Shipping Policy

We are committed to delivering your fitness equipment safely and on time across Nigeria. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all 36 states and the FCT (Abuja) across Nigeria. Delivery timelines and rates vary by location:

Express rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Rates above are indicative base rates before weight surcharges.
2. Free Shipping
Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order meets the minimum value and your delivery address qualifies.
3. Weight Surcharges
Heavy or bulky fitness equipment carries an additional handling surcharge on top of the base rate:

4. Store Pickup
📍 Free pickup at our Surulere store

Mon–Sat: 8:00am – 10:00pm
Select "Store Pickup" at checkout. You will receive an SMS/email notification when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID.
5. Order Processing
- Orders placed before 12:00 pm (noon) on a business day are processed same day
- Orders placed after noon or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day
- Out-of-stock items will be communicated via email within 24 hours of ordering
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with a tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your account at My Orders.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
- Inspect your delivery before signing for it. If the packaging is visibly damaged, note it on the delivery document
- Report any damaged or missing items within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected] with photos
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund for verified damage claims
8. Returns & Exchanges
- Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrectly
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item
- Custom orders, clearance items, and consumables (chalk, bands, etc.) are final sale
